📋 Description

• Lead full‑cycle recruiting Engineering (Data Engineers, Product Engineers, Cloud Architects, AI Engineers, etc.) • Deliver 20+ successful hires over a 3‑month engagement, balancing speed with quality • Partner closely with Engineering Leaders to understand business priorities, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles • Proactively source talent through LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and market mapping—going beyond inbound applicants • Conduct thorough candidate screening, assessment, and interview coordination • Manage offer processes, including candidate negotiation and offer acceptance • Maintain accurate documentation and tracking within the ATS and recruiting dashboards • Serve as a brand ambassador for Presidio, delivering a professional and engaging candidate experience • Provide regular updates on pipeline health, hiring progress, and risks to delivery timelines

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of recruiting experience in a technical environment • Experience supporting high‑volume hiring initiatives under tight timelines • Strong sourcing skills and comfort engaging passive candidates • Ability to influence and partner effectively with senior Sales stakeholders • Excellent organizational, communication, and prioritization skills • Comfort operating in a fast‑moving, results‑oriented contract role • Background recruiting for B2B technology, managed services, or professional services organizations • Experience hiring across multiple regions or territories
