📋 Description

• Set focused product direction with founders and technical leads • Translate customer needs and technical capabilities into product priorities • Shape the connected customer experience across environments, evaluations, training, deployment, and traces • Partner with teams building Model Factory, inference, and sandboxes • Work directly with customers and internal researchers to identify friction and test ideas • Turn useful experiments into dependable product features • Create prototypes and product specifications • Participate in design reviews and working sessions with engineers • Measure time to first useful result, repeat usage, production adoption, and customer support needs • Use product evidence to improve the roadmap

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building and growing a technical product used by many people in production • Experience leading teams while remaining hands-on • Technical depth to prototype, work with APIs, and reason through system tradeoffs with engineers • Experience in developer tools, AI infrastructure, or ML platforms is required • Care about product usability and simplifying experiences • Design engineering experience is a big plus • Ability to learn directly from customers and write clearly • Ability to turn ambiguous problems into concrete next steps • Passion for building open superintelligence • Particularly useful domain experience: training, inference, multi-agent, RL, continual learning, and/or evaluations systems
