📋 Description

• Learn each client’s packaging products, equipment, production processes, and hiring needs • Source candidates through direct outreach, referrals, networking, job boards, and existing relationships • Screen candidates for equipment experience, products, leadership background, location, compensation, and career goals • Recruit for flexographic press operator, die cutter and folder gluer operator, maintenance technician, production leader, and packaging sales roles • Present qualified candidates and manage interviews, feedback, offers, and follow-up • Build a network across flexible packaging, folding cartons, corrugated packaging, and labels • Maintain candidate and client information in the ATS • Identify new hiring opportunities as relationships develop • Support clients and candidates throughout the hiring process

🎯 Requirements

• Recruiting, staffing, or sales experience preferred • Experience in packaging, manufacturing, or industrial recruiting is a strong advantage • Comfortable reaching out to passive candidates • Ability to learn unfamiliar processes and equipment • Ability to manage multiple searches • Strong sourcing skills • Strong organization • Professionalism and follow-through • Familiarity with ATS, job boards, and standard communication tools
