• Overseeing and driving growth, strategy, and performance of PCS insurance distribution partners • Strengthening broker and agency partnerships • Delivering tailored insurance solutions • Collaborating with underwriting and clients to tailor offerings and unique solutions • Monitoring overall production of account pipeline and customer acquisition
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years in personal insurance • 2+ years focusing on HNW client distribution • Proven track record of achieving sales and growth targets • Strong understanding of HNW client needs and luxury asset protection • Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills • Highly skilled in strategic development, business building, and project execution • Remarkable communication skills • Keen business acumen
