📋 Description

• Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of in-person, eLearning, and virtual training programs before and after go-live • Stay current on new athenaOne features and their applications for Privia Medical Group providers to improve workflows • Communicate daily with department leaders to ensure exceptional Care Center experiences and outcomes tied to critical initiatives • Lead iterative process improvement, address escalations, and support innovation • Mentor and coach a team of trainers • Serve as training, workflow, and configuration workstream lead for new markets and enterprise groups • Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs • Evaluate and update training materials • Support and develop internal athena training programs for new hires • Support market-based teams with issue resolution, initiatives, and subject matter expertise • Direct and educate market-based teams through national meetings and training • Serve as a subject matter expert for Privia Health's technology platform and workflows • Facilitate national training requests and allocate national trainer resources • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver pre- and post-live training experiences for Care Center providers and staff • Establish relationships with organizational stakeholders to align and collaborate on training initiatives • Collaborate with Clinical IT on pilot opportunities, enhancement requests, and release cycles • Develop, lead, and execute initiatives to operationalize strategies through training • Track and report operational and functional metrics • Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant necessary experience • 3+ years of experience in athenahealth • Knowledge of extended medical terminology • Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations • Minimum 5 MBPS download speed for remote work • Minimum 3 MBPS upload speed for remote work
