📋 Description

• Lead Training Consultation for Program Revision • Analyze 125 existing U.S. Patent and Trademark Office training courses • Collaborate with subject-matter experts to modernize pedagogy • Design the overall curriculum blueprint • Support comprehensive modernization of the USPTO training curriculum • Serve as a core member of a dynamic team supporting a key federal client

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant professional experience • Master's Degree in Instructional Design, Adult Education, Curriculum, or a related field from an accredited institution • Experience revising high-volume curriculums; prior work with more than 40 courses preferred • Expert grasp of modern learning models, gamification, and AI-assisted instruction • Consultation experience for potential legal content • Experience in classroom learning environments • Experience consulting on classroom technology requirements • Experience working in a government contracting environment requested • Recent USPTO and patent program experience preferred • U.S. citizenship required
