📋 Description

• Serve as a liaison between providers and patients identified as candidates for the PRM Protocol • Clearly explain treatment, timelines, and related costs • Participate via Teams in patient discussions after provider consultations • Explain patients’ financial responsibilities based on insurance • Review treatment costs again for patients receiving a second round of treatment when necessary • Help patients understand the need for treatment and offer affordable options • Present case fees and financial options to facilitate treatment decisions • Present or co-present treatment plans and consent • Educate patients about insurance benefits • Determine medical benefit eligibility, limitations, and payment estimates • Ensure patients understand their financial obligations • Request referrals or online testimonials from satisfied patients • Communicate patient treatment and financial decisions to the team • Track patient discussions and outcomes for administration • Use telephone, calculators, EMR, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Teams to communicate and document treatment plans • Perform additional duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Candidates must reside in Florida, Georgia, Michigan, Tennessee, or Texas • One to two years of relevant experience • Healthcare insurance benefits experience required • Experience with sales and out-of-network health care services preferred • Excellent customer service skills • In-depth knowledge of the PRM Protocol • Superb communication skills • Familiarity with computer systems • Customer service skills • Self-directed • Excellent telephone skills • Influencing and negotiation skills • Organizational skills • Familiarity with out-of-network (OON) and self-pay benefits • Creative problem-solving skills • Keen understanding of scheduling and financial systems • Ability to function within a team environment as a supportive and positive contributor • Ability to work independently • Proficiency with EMR (eClinicalWorks), Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Teams
