📋 Description

• Prepare and oversee daily cash and ABL positioning • Distribute daily banking reports to internal functional teams and Senior Leadership • Monitor domestic and international bank accounts for adequate funding • Maintain wire transfer templates for international and domestic beneficiaries across more than 100 bank accounts • Approve and monitor ACH and wire transfers, including recalls through the full cycle • Maintain monthly statements for domestic, international, and merchant accounts • Support bank account activities including openings, closings, signatory management, and KYC updates • Support merchant account oversight, credit card processing, and related activities • Assist senior management with projects, special requests, and reconciliations as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required in Finance, Business or Accounting • At least 3-5 years of treasury experience, particularly in global cash management, with demonstrated growth in experience and responsibilities • Advanced knowledge of Windows-based products including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as web-based interactive systems • Prior experience with PeopleSoft and Kyriba preferred • Excellent communication and analytical skills • Must be based in the United States • Must work EST hours
