📋 Description

• Provide visionary leadership and set the strategic direction for the Financial Operations department in alignment with overall company goals • Oversee and provide executive-level guidance to Directors, Senior Directors, and other key leaders within the Financial Operations department • Collaborate with C-level executives and department heads to align financial processes with broader business objectives • Provide global oversight of financial operations, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and compliance across regions • Develop and implement risk management strategies and controls, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations • Foster strong relationships with key clients globally, ensuring their financial needs are met and exceeding their expectations • Sponsor and oversee strategic projects with cross-departmental outreach, contributing to company-wide goals • Lead budgetary planning and optimization, ensuring effective resource allocation and financial sustainability • Provide leadership and mentorship to the Financial Operations leadership team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of work experience in an accounting/financial services role, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership position • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in accounting or finance • Demonstrated experience utilizing artificial intelligence and automation technologies to transform business processes, improve operational scalability, strengthen governance controls, and increase accuracy across operations • Exceptional strategic thinking, leadership, and decision-making skills • Proven ability to resolve complex issues and provide strategic solutions • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively • Excellent attention to detail • Proficient in MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint, and web-based resources • Strong written and spoken English communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to diverse audiences • CPA or MBA is a plus but not required
