📋 Description

• Partner closely with the CTO and Head of Product to turn complex data challenges into elegant, scalable solutions • Build reliable, maintainable infrastructure in AWS using Terraform to support our growing data needs • Design data tables and pipelines that serve the unique needs of our customers and internal teams • Implement best-in-class data pipelines with observability built in from day one • Analyze and visualize data in BI tools to enable informed business decisions and deliver tailored insights to customers • Share your work and impact across teams — presenting results, learning from feedback, and continuously improving

🎯 Requirements

• A proven ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable insights — and to collaborate effectively across teams • Fluency with Python, SQL, and other relevant technologies • Experience building advanced data infrastructure in AWS using Terraform • Strong analytical thinking and hands-on experience with data visualization tools • Working with healthcare data standards (including HL7, FHIR, OMOP, and HPO) (not required) • Understanding marketing data from platforms like Google and Meta (not required) • Deepening your expertise in HIPAA compliance and data security best practices (not required)
