📋 Description

• Architect intelligent workflows and best practices to help customers scale AI deployment across their enterprise • Serve as a technical AI domain expert for internal teams and external stakeholders • Partner with Account teams to engineer cross-sell opportunities by uncovering high-impact AI use cases • Strategize with sales leadership to craft narratives around Procore’s AI ecosystem • Drive technical discovery to map customer data stacks and identify entry points for AI automation • Build and demonstrate AI agents by configuring tool usage and agentic instructions • Design and deliver bespoke demos and high-fidelity proofs-of-concept • Translate customer requirements and opportunities into technical solutions and implementation plans • Report directly to Greg Wilson within the Advanced Technology organization

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in technical solutions consulting or customer-facing technical roles • Ability to advise on AI’s fit within a tech stack, including API integrations and cloud-based architectures • Track record of identifying white space and driving expansion revenue through technical advisory • Strong personal and professional adoption of AI • Understanding of the underlying technology that makes AI/ML function • Exceptional narrative-building skills • Advanced prompt engineering and agent evaluation capabilities • Comfort presenting to executives, operations, and technical audiences • Curiosity, resourcefulness, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
