📋 Description

• Travel to customer sites throughout the Twin Cities metro area and greater Minnesota to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC machine tools and controls, with a strong focus on Haas equipment • Perform new machine installations, leveling, alignment, and initial setup • Repair and adjust mechanical systems, including spindles, drives, ball screws, way systems, and hydraulic/pneumatic components • Troubleshoot electrical and electronic systems, including CNC controls, servo systems, safety circuits, and machine peripherals • Calibrate and replace parts to maintain machine accuracy and performance • Maintain detailed digital service records documenting diagnostics, repairs, and parts usage • Provide customer support by communicating findings and repair recommendations to manufacturing customers

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced in CNC machine tool maintenance and repair • Haas machine experience strongly preferred • Experience troubleshooting Haas controls and/or Fanuc controls • Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting abilities • Ability to diagnose and repair complex machine tool issues independently • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and machine documentation • Excellent customer-facing communication skills and a professional service mindset • Valid driver's license and clean driving record • Residency within the Twin Cities metro area strongly preferred
