📋 Description

• Manage the full implementation lifecycle from concept through program launch • Analyze current (as-is) processes and recommend future-state business processes based on client requirements and best practices • Collaborate with consultants to document solution requirements, including functional and technical specifications • Work with clients to meet IT requirements that support solution deployment and align with organizational IT roadmaps • Manage project deliverables, including project charters, risks, and issue resolution • Build strong client relationships and quickly learn their processes, culture, and business objectives • Provide Level 2 production support for deployed solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of program management experience across multiple industries • 5+ years of experience with Oracle Primavera P6 EPPM (P6 Professional and P6 EPPM Web) and Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC) • Strong understanding of project change management, risk management, and quality management • Experience leading teams of functional and technical consultants • Strong communication and client management skills • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience • Experience with Oracle Primavera BI Publisher reporting and Oracle Primavera Analytics • Experience working with Primavera P6 integrations with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems • Experience with Oracle Primavera Unifier • Experience working in Agile environments or as a Scrum Master • PMP and/or PSP certifications are highly desirable
