📋 Description

• Generate 70%+ of your own pipeline through outbound — calls, personalized email, social selling • Run a territory strategy targeting mid-sized, multi-location distributors • Keep deals moving with a disciplined cadence through the full 90–150 day cycle • Multi-thread early: get in front of 3–5 stakeholders inside the first 30 days • Lead discovery that ties Prokeep's Order Engine to real ROI, not feature checklists • Run demos that create urgency — no "let me think about it" evaluations • Keep a clean, accurate forecast — you know your numbers cold • Hand off cleanly to Implementation and Customer Success so the customer feels the difference • Feed the Product team what you're hearing in the field — you're the frontline on market and competitive intel • Travel up to 25% for prospect meetings and industry events.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years carrying a SaaS quota in mid-market or high-growth SMB, with 3–5 month deal cycles you've built (not inherited) • A genuine outbound habit — you have a system for filling your own pipeline • Comfort navigating a buying committee — you've worked deals with 3+ stakeholders and know how to avoid single-threaded risk • A builder's mindset — you want to shape process at a Series A company, not execute someone else's • Business fluency — you can explain what a $50K investment does for a distributor's bottom line, in their language, not ours • Real coachability — you ask for feedback and act on it fast.
