📋 Description

• Answer patient questions about hospital or physician bills at ProMedica • Contact patients regarding registration, billing, and collection • Post payments, adjustments, and denials to patient accounts • Resolve patient account questions • Enhance the patient experience

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • 1 year of experience in medical registration, billing, customer service, or collection • Resident of an eligible U.S. state; employment is unavailable to residents of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Washington, and U.S. territories • Primary residence eligibility is determined at the time of hire
