📋 Description

• Work collaboratively with clients to establish short- and long-term goals and develop in-year test development activity schedules • Conduct job analyses and standard settings according to industry best practices • Collaborate with Business Development, Sales, and Client Advocacy teams in proposal development and participate in sales meetings • Represent Assessment Services in client, internal departmental, and cross-functional meetings • Ensure work products meet company and industry standards • Complete tasks according to established schedules, competing absolute deadlines, and cost-effectively • Develop planning documents and technical reports for clients • Coordinate, prioritize, and complete project activities within contractual timelines • Become proficient in Prometric’s internal proprietary technology platforms • Follow established procedures and guidelines and comply with item security practices • Facilitate in-person and web-based meetings for client stakeholders • Support accreditation, compliance, and audit activities related to assessment programs • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in education, measurement, or related field, or equivalent work experience • Minimum of three years of previous experience in the test development industry in education or professional certification/licensure • Knowledge of validity theory and measurement concepts • Previous experience facilitating job analysis and standard setting workshops, both in-person and remotely • Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and relationship management skills • Ability to write detailed technical reports documenting test development processes • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy • Proven dependability and high regard for security • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously, work under pressure, and meet deadlines • Ability to meet quality, service, and productivity metrics • Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed • Ability to travel up to 20% • Five to eight years of experience preferred
