📋 Description

• Own and prioritize the team backlog • Write user stories and acceptance criteria • Lead backlog refinement and represent the team in PI Planning • Partner with engineering and AI science teams to deliver features in lean, iterative increments • Work with education and certification experts to understand needs and turn them into AI-powered features • Help shape the roadmap with the Product Manager using user research, customer feedback and delivery data • Demo the product and communicate progress to stakeholders, users and clients • Support Product Line Marketing with product knowledge for launches

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years as a Product Owner or Business/Product Analyst owning a backlog in an Agile team, including writing user stories and acceptance criteria • Regular hands-on use of AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude, and curiosity about applying AI to real problems • Experience working within SAFe or another scaled Agile framework • Comfortable with Azure DevOps, Jira and Confluence, with a working understanding of software development • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, or equivalent experience • Experience in education, assessment or certification, or working closely with subject matter experts in another specialist field • Experience with product discovery or user research • Experience delivering AI/ML-powered product features • SAFe Product Owner / Product Manager (POPM) certification
