📋 Description

• Support and optimize the EpicCare Ambulatory application, including the Kaleidoscope, Dermatology and Bones modules • Contribute to in-flight projects, including Security work, Outpatient Rehab and a clinic relocation • Troubleshoot and resolve issues, and maintain existing build • Design, build and test new functionality within the assigned portfolio • Develop a strong understanding of clinical workflows and the policies and procedures behind them • Work with business owners, vendors and IT team members to recommend solutions to complex problems • Support a health system client under the direction of an Application Manager

🎯 Requirements

• EpicCare Ambulatory certification • Experience supporting Ambulatory build and workflows in a live environment • Ability to start quickly and work independently in a fast-paced environment • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills • Ability to collaborate effectively with clinical, operational, technical, and vendor teams • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives • Ability to translate complex clinical or operational requests into practical technical solutions • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship • Epic Security certification or experience (preferred) • Epic Kaleidoscope certification or experience (preferred) • Epic Outpatient Rehab, Dermatology and/or Bones Knowledge Tracks (preferred)
