📋 Description

• Help healthcare organizations solve complex challenges through strategic process improvement, complex project management, and problem-solving • Act as a strategic advisor to healthcare clients • Design, build, test, troubleshoot, and optimize Epic functionality • Support ambulatory clinical workflows and healthcare operations • Translate complex clinical or operational requests into practical technical solutions • Collaborate with clinical, operational, technical, and vendor teams • Manage multiple concurrent initiatives independently in a remote environment

🎯 Requirements

• Current EpicCare Ambulatory certification required • Epic Security certification or hands-on Security experience strongly preferred • Epic Kaleidoscope certification or hands-on Kaleidoscope experience strongly preferred • Experience supporting outpatient rehabilitation workflows preferred • Experience with Epic Dermatology and Bones Knowledge Tracks preferred • Experience designing, building, testing, troubleshooting, and optimizing Epic functionality • Strong understanding of ambulatory clinical workflows and healthcare operations • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills • Ability to collaborate effectively with clinical, operational, technical, and vendor teams • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives • Ability to translate complex clinical or operational requests into practical technical solutions • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
