📋 Description

• Perform Epic-related consulting and advisory services • Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve PB issues reported during go-live and stabilization, prioritizing by financial and operational impact • Monitor charge review, claim edit, and other PB work queues to identify and fix build issues driving backlogs • Investigate claim rejections and denials, and correct the underlying build or workflow issues • Partner with billing office, coding, and clinic operations staff to resolve workflow issues and reinforce correct system use • Coordinate with Ambulatory, Cadence, Prelude, and other integrated application teams on cross-application issues • Build and test fixes following the customer’s change control process • Track stabilization metrics including charge lag, work queue volumes, and claim acceptance rates, and report progress and risks to project leadership • Create build documentation and knowledge transfer materials for handoff to customer analysts • Perform additional duties required to successfully deliver a project • Participate in corporate functions, events, and meetings as invited

🎯 Requirements

• Active Certification: Resolute Professional Billing • Hands-on experience supporting Resolute PB through go-live and stabilization • Working knowledge of PB charge review, claim edits, work queues, and denial analysis • Ability to ramp up quickly and prioritize high-impact issues in a fast-moving environment • Strong communication skills, with experience working directly with billing operations stakeholders • Demonstrated ability to deliver successful projects remotely • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
