📋 Description

• Serve as the primary support contact and subject matter expert for Epic Willow Inpatient • Configure, build, and install the application • Coordinate application-area issues during projects • Analyze pharmacy and clinical workflows, policies, procedures, and operational constraints • Investigate and document operational specifications and application functionality • Analyze new Epic releases and determine workflow changes • Build and populate configuration tables • Conduct system testing and conversion data validation • Develop internal procedures and establish change-control processes • Develop training aids and train end users • Troubleshoot end-user problems during training, go-live, stabilization, ongoing support, and 24/7 support periods • Serve as a technical resource for senior staff and managers • Mentor and grow customer teams, escalate issues, and guide projects to successful outcomes • Participate in corporate functions, events, and meetings as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Active Certification: Willow Inpatient • Hands-on experience supporting Epic Willow • Demonstrated ability to deliver successful projects remotely • PharmD is a plus • Strong problem-resolution skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose issues and implement effective solutions • Strong analytical skills, including designing and executing tests and analyzing system performance data • Skilled communicator who makes decisions both independently and in collaboration with others at all levels of a project • Sound judgment, a bias to action, and a track record of practical solutions to hard problems • Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific • Onsite or hybrid candidates must complete the customer’s full medical screening • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
