📋 Description

• Complete new case initiations and subsequent filings through the entire filing lifecycle, including affidavits, motions, dismissals, and other case-related documents following client instructions and Proof procedures • Serve as a point of escalation for complex, unusual, or high-risk filing situations • Research and resolve rejected filings and other filing-related issues • Work through scenarios where standard procedures do not provide a clear answer, using research, judgment, and appropriate escalation • Assist with high-priority or sensitive client matters requiring elevated attention • Review exceptions, errors, and filing trends to identify areas of operational risk • Meet established turnaround times while maintaining accuracy and quality

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of prior experience with legal e-filing, court filing, legal operations, litigation support, collections, or a similar legal services environment strongly preferred • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality • Comfortable handling escalations and situations where the answer is not immediately clear • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Strong judgment and willingness to raise concerns when something appears incorrect or creates risk • E-Verify employment authorization requirements apply
