• Report directly to the Director of Customer Success • Own a portfolio of accounts generating $5–$10 million in annual revenue • Implement and optimize marketing campaigns for assigned accounts • Grow the portfolio by selling new placements and campaigns and increasing budgets or pricing • Partner with product and technology teams to build scalable Customer Success tools • Serve as a strategic partner and subject matter expert for customers marketing to lower-income consumers • Own the commercial strategy for the assigned vertical and build a go-to-market strategy • Develop sales materials and positioning for the vertical • Partner internally to optimize placements and campaigns • Share industry learnings, trends, and best practices with teammates • Conduct strategic planning sessions with key accounts, requiring travel at least quarterly
• 8+ years of enterprise customer success or account management experience • Experience with digital marketing at either a publisher, agency, or advertiser • Exceptional written and oral presentation and communication skills • Strong problem-solving and project management abilities • Demonstrated ability to juggle competing priorities and navigate ambiguity • Strong attention to detail and comfort navigating technical systems • Experience implementing campaigns, analyzing performance data, and identifying optimization opportunities • Excellent relationship-building skills, with a demonstrated ability to quickly build trust internally and externally • Passion for building a business with a strong social mission at the intersection of private and public sectors • Willingness to travel to conduct strategic planning sessions with key accounts at least once per quarter • Applicants must be based in one of the listed eligible U.S. states • Authorization to work in the United States for any employer
