📋 Description

• Assist with planning, coordinating, and managing small-scale project execution • Ensure project performance targets for timing, cost, quality, and proposed benefits/return are achieved • Gather project requirements • Establish project plans • Confirm cost structures • Oversee overall project execution and maintain the critical path • Support larger-scale projects with senior team members • Collect, analyze, and understand project requirements • Develop and maintain project plans, scope and objective documentation, deliverables, milestones, schedules, resources, and dashboards • Communicate project status, requirements, and structure across the Project Management team and necessary departments • Identify potential problems and suggest alternatives based on cost, time, and customer quality standards • Analyze project cost structures and significant deviations from approved structures • Collaborate with manufacturing, sales/marketing, and purchasing teams on project definition, feasibility, and approval • Assist with project reviews • Attend project planning meetings and provide subject matter expertise on workflow, processes, capacity, and timelines • Assist with implementing workflow management and reporting tools focused on quality, profitability, efficiency, and productivity • Participate in cross-functional teams to develop or adapt processes, policies, and workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Experience, skills, and relevant education or training considered for pay determination • Ability to collect, analyze, and understand project requirements • Ability to develop and maintain project plans and related documentation • Knowledge of project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, timelines, schedules, resources, and dashboards • Ability to communicate project status, requirements, and structure across teams and departments • Ability to identify potential problems and suggest alternatives based on cost, time, and quality constraints • Ability to analyze project cost structures and deviations • Ability to collaborate with manufacturing, sales/marketing, and purchasing teams • Knowledge of workflow, processes, capacity, and timelines • Ability to support workflow management and reporting tools • Ability to participate in cross-functional process, policy, and workflow development • Must reside in an eligible U.S. state; excluded states are AK, DC, ME, NH, NM, OK, HI, MS, MT, NV, NE, ND, SD, VT, WY, WV
