📋 Description

• Provide technical depth within the post-sales customer experience for Immuware customers • Lead regular technical working sessions with customers • Configure, script, and write code to solve customer needs, including workflows, rules, fields, user and role management, reports, data corrections, integrations, and small platform changes • Translate Employee Health requirements, OSHA compliance, state-specific immunization mandates, and credentialing workflows into Immuware solutions • Challenge requirements and select the simplest solution addressing the underlying problem • Document solution designs in Notion and update live items in Jira • Turn one-off fixes into reusable templates, decision trees, or product improvements • Triage new module or record-type additions requiring a Letter of Work or ARR change to CSMs and Professional Services • Serve as the technical counterpart to Customer Success Managers on customer calls • Lead customer education, workflow-specific walkthroughs, and retraining • Build relationships with customer power users and technical contacts • Identify configuration gaps or risks before escalation • Maintain awareness of assigned customer environments, histories, and upcoming needs • Partner with product and engineering, including opening pull requests, pairing on fixes, and reproducing or root-causing codebase issues • Monitor patterns across customers and communicate regulatory gaps and workflow limitations to Product • Contribute configurations, decision trees, scripts, and workarounds to the internal knowledge base • Fix issues where possible and hand off clean, development-ready tickets when needed • Identify bugs or system issues and partner with development on root-cause solutions • Write clear bug reports and feature requests • Distinguish between issues handled directly, by support tickets, or through product changes • Manage multiple concurrent healthcare customer engagements and contribute reusable playbooks and tooling

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in a technical, customer-facing role such as solutions engineer, implementation consultant, technical account manager, or forward deployed engineer • 4–5 years navigating Azure, JavaScript, and TypeScript • Strong background in SQL and Azure SQL database management • 2–3+ years of experience operating in Notion and Jira • Proficiency in C# • Comfort reading a codebase, debugging, and writing scripts or small features • Track record of building on SaaS platforms, including non-trivial workflows, rules, forms, reports, integrations, or role and permission structures • Ability to identify enterprise customer problems, outline potential issues, and own solution outcomes • Strong written and verbal communication • Ability to lead technical working sessions with non-technical stakeholders • Ability to handle delays, bugs, and scope pushback while maintaining customer trust • Experience scoping issues, finding root causes, and proposing solutions for enterprise clients • Ability to navigate implementation of solutions for smaller accounts • Comfort working without a playbook and adapting to changing policies and regulations • Experience writing clear, well-scoped bug reports and feature requests • Preferred: experience in healthcare IT, Employee Health, or occupational health • Preferred: familiarity with immunization tracking, credentialing workflows, OSHA, and state health reporting requirements • Preferred: familiarity with APIs and integrations, SQL, or scripting for data investigation and fixes • Preferred: prior use of Immuware or similar platforms such as Tyto Care, Equifax I-9, or Symplr • Must be legally authorized to work in the US; sponsorship is unavailable
