📋 Description

• Serve as the primary strategic owner for a portfolio of government regulatory boards and state agencies • Build trusted relationships with Executive Directors and state officials • Develop plans aligning Propelus technology with agency mandates, Department of Health regulations, and public-sector risk priorities • Lead customized training programs for regulators and associations to support audit readiness and governance • Monitor engagement metrics and translate data into “State of the Agency” insights • Demonstrate sustained value, support retention, and identify risks that Propelus solutions can help avoid • Lead complex account issue triage in collaboration with product and government affairs teams • Navigate changing government requirements • Conduct high-level strategic business reviews • Identify opportunities to deepen partnerships and improve compliance outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of B2B SaaS Customer Success or Account Management experience • Experience specifically managing government, regulatory, or public health accounts • Understanding of public-sector red tape, RFP cycles, and stakeholders • Direct experience with healthcare compliance, state departments of health, or professional licensing strongly preferred • Comfortable speaking with regulators and state officials • Self-sufficient professional able to thrive in a remote environment • Experience navigating complex, multi-layered organizations with limited oversight • Exceptional communication with non-technical government leaders • Ability to explain complex software capabilities in relation to public policy goals • Ability to identify potential churn risks and build strategic rapport • Familiarity with Gainsight, HubSpot, and Omni • Comfort with change and shifting priorities without finalized playbooks
