📋 Description

• Improve acquisition efficiency, budget allocation, and market expansion decisions by connecting channel activity to user quality, conversion, commission revenue, and long-term value. • Own marketing analytics across channels. • Build attribution and unit economics models. • Identify growth opportunities and monitor anomalies. • Support CRO and experimentation.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Marketing Analyst, Growth Analyst, or similar. • Marketing analytics tooling: Google Ads, Meta, GA4, and ideally lifecycle/email platforms. • Strong SQL and behavioural analysis skills. • Deep understanding of CAC, ROAS, LTV, and attribution. • Commercial mindset - focus on revenue impact, not vanity metrics. • Excellent async written communication - we are remote-first. • Prior experience in fintech, prop trading, or D2C SaaS (Nice to have). • Incrementality testing experience (Nice to have). • International / multi-market analytics experience (Nice to have). • Familiarity with affiliate / partner attribution models (Nice to have).
