📋 Description

• Proactively source candidates across multiple roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, referrals, and other creative channels • Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles • Craft thoughtful, personalized outreach reflecting the employer brand and values • Screen and qualify candidates at the top of the funnel when needed • Track and manage candidate activity in the ATS, ensuring data accuracy and a strong candidate experience • Share market insights, sourcing trends, and pipeline health with the recruiting team

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, BDR, or a related role • Bachelor’s degree • Strong sourcing skills across platforms; LinkedIn Recruiter experience preferred • Ability to identify and engage passive candidates • Excellent written communication and personalized outreach skills • Organized and detail-oriented, with ability to manage multiple pipelines • Curiosity and desire to continuously improve sourcing strategies • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment • Technical or hard-to-fill role sourcing experience preferred • Familiarity with ATS tools such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby preferred • Startup or high-growth environment experience preferred • Interest in employer branding or recruiting operations preferred
