📋 Description

• Manage the process of extracting critical data from tenant documents for new and existing customers accurately and in a timely manner • Review, confirm, and reconcile customer data in the Prophia platform, meeting specified deadlines and performance metrics • Leverage AI tools and internal automation to improve productivity, data quality, communication, documentation, and project execution • Identify opportunities to incorporate AI into daily workflows to reduce manual effort, improve consistency, and increase implementation efficiency • Keep stakeholders on track, manage issues and risks through resolution, and ensure milestones are met • Become an expert in commercial lease language and interpret landlord and tenant rights • Follow and iterate on best practices during implementation processes throughout the customer journey • Provide an exceptional customer onboarding experience • Lead customer onboarding calls, provide product overviews, and reconcile data discrepancies • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage objectives, scope, and timelines for implementations • Communicate product feedback and bugs to Product, Engineering, and AI teams

• Highly detail-oriented with a strong commitment to data accuracy and quality • Excellent communication, follow-through, and follow-up skills • Proven ability to meet commitments and deadlines • Strong organizational skills; ability to set priorities, manage multiple projects, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment • Demonstrated problem-solving skills, including breaking down complex or ambiguous issues into manageable solutions • Comfortable learning and leveraging new technologies to improve customer outcomes and operational efficiency • Ability to maintain a positive attitude and calm demeanor, especially in escalated situations • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience • Applicants must be authorized to work in the US
