Pros-Plus is a local IT services and equipment company based in Sigoulès, France. Since 2010 it sells, installs, repairs and configures computer hardware and provides on-site and remote support for both private individuals and professional/municipal clients across southern Dordogne and northern Lot‑et‑Garonne. Offerings include retail and repair of PCs and accessories, home installation (internet/Wi‑Fi, printer sharing), servers and workstations for businesses, networking, VPNs, cloud backups, industrial IT solutions, IT security and audits, consulting, and remote assistance (AnyDesk).

📋 Description

• Source qualified package delivery driver candidates through job boards and recruiting platforms. • Review resumes and applications. • Conduct phone and virtual interviews. • Verify candidate qualifications and eligibility. • Coordinate background checks and motor vehicle record (MVR) screenings. • Schedule drug screenings when required. • Communicate hiring decisions and job offers. • Guide candidates through the onboarding process. • Collect required hiring documentation. • Maintain applicant tracking and hiring records. • Ensure all onboarding documents are complete and accurate. • Communicate with dispatch and operations regarding driver readiness. • Meet hiring goals and fill open routes in a timely manner.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred). • Previous recruiting, staffing, HR, or talent acquisition experience. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Excellent organizational and time management abilities. • Comfortable working independently. • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job boards. • Reliable internet connection and computer. • Ability to maintain confidentiality. • Experience recruiting delivery drivers, CDL drivers, or logistics personnel preferred. • Experience with electronic onboarding platforms and e-signatures preferred.
