📋 Description

• Provide administrative support for an engagement serving an administrative agency of the United States federal court system • Provide behavioral economist consulting to redesign the bail report for the Probation and Pretrial Services Office in Washington, DC • Advise on crucial information and structure for pretrial services bond decisions • Help reframe information to accurately reflect a person’s risk without including non-relevant information • Emphasize the Pretrial Risk Assessment (PTRA) tool in the redesigned report • Provide consulting services for up to five PPSO administrators and other staff • Perform clerical and secretarial tasks for assigned project staff • Support program management staff in preparing deliverables, internal reports, briefings, and drawings • Maintain statistics and manage court budgets as part of administrative support services

🎯 Requirements

• 1 year of administrative support experience • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Bachelor’s Degree • U.S. Citizenship Required — You must be a United States Citizen • Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, & Adobe) • Must be determined eligible for a “Facility Access Authorization” / “Employment Authorization” by the USG’s designated Security Office • May be required to complete a Financial Disclosure Statement • Must be able to submit to and qualify for varying levels of background investigative requirements, up to a Top Secret or DOE “Q” clearance • Occasional travel may be required • Advanced proficiency with Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word; proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, data analytic tools, and Visio • Ability to quickly learn other tools as necessary
