📋 Description

• Serve as an analyst on business process reengineering and mission support engagements • Provide expertise on process improvement, change management, and performance measures • Perform business process reengineering analysis, design, and implementation • Serve as a competent and effective member of client delivery and assignment teams • Coordinate and manage tasks • Contribute recognized functional expertise to client deliverables • Provide management, operational, professional, technical, and administrative support services • Support Human Capital Solutions for Defense and Security Sector clients such as the DEA and Department of Justice • Produce thorough, accurate, appropriately documented work products that comply with established criteria • Meet milestones and delivery schedules • Conduct responsibilities according to high ethical and business conduct standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of formal education and experience • 8 years of directly related experience may substitute for education • Requires 5-8 years’ experience • Relevant Defense and Security Sector experience • Working knowledge of analytical and quantitative techniques • Proficiency in analytical and quantitative techniques • Strong process improvement expertise • Ability to manage tasks and contribute to client deliverables in business process reengineering projects • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Adobe • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools • Leadership and interpersonal skills for effective team management • Time management and prioritization abilities • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities • Ability to multitask and pay close attention to detail • Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills • United States citizenship required • Visa sponsorship is not available; H-1B and TN visa sponsorship will not be supported • May be subject to background checks, including criminal, employment, education, licensure, credit, and motor vehicle checks as applicable • May be subject to drug testing for designated positions
