📋 Description

• Oversee the Safety and Health Analyst’s reports and products • Ensure safety and health products and services comply with Federal, State, and Local regulations and applicable ANSI and international consensus standards • Track the OCC Safety and Health Management System program progress • Regularly report program status to the OCC Contracting Officer’s Representative and Occupational Safety and Health Program Management Officer • Manage all Safety and Health training requirements and identify appropriate training topics • Write reports and develop recommendations for improvement • Design, develop, and maintain databases, dashboards, and other tools as needed • Respond to safety and health issues, concerns, and inquiries within five business days • Develop marketing strategies to promote or re-brand the occupational safety program and its components • Meet at least annually with OCC safety and health leadership, delegates, the COR, Contracting Officer, or others to review and discuss the strategic plan for continuous SHMS improvement • Support professional services engagements for financial services sector clients such as the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of fifteen (15) years managing a full range of safety and health responsibilities for a large organization with more than 1,000 employees • Undergraduate and graduate education in safety or occupational health, or another related field supplemented by at least 24 semester hours in specified disciplines • Extensive project management experience • Strong educational background • Regulatory compliance and standards expertise • Data management and analytical skills • Communication and marketing skills • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Adobe • Advanced Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word skills preferred for the ideal candidate • Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, data analytic tools, and Visio • Ability to quickly learn other tools as necessary • Candidates must provide resumes indicating the required qualifications • Must conduct work in a competent, professional, ethical, and businesslike manner • This employer participates in the e-Verify program
