📋 Description

• Define and execute the AI transformation roadmap in alignment with the global Digitalization & AI Office • Train, educate, and empower BEUMER North America team members to use AI sensibly in their areas of responsibility • Identify, structure, and prioritize AI use cases based on business impact and feasibility • Own end-to-end implementation of AI initiatives from ideation and business case through deployment and value realization • Translate business requirements into concrete AI and data solutions with operational applicability • Contribute hands-on to automation, data pipelines, and AI applications • Define and track KPIs measuring progress, adoption, and ROI • Manage internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure delivery quality and speed • Prepare decision memos, business cases, and recommendations for executive management • Support rollout and adoption of AI solutions across the organization • Report to the CFO of BEUMER North America while being functionally aligned with the global Digitalization & AI Office

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in transformation, programmer management, or a comparable role with delivery responsibility • Ability to think through and execute use cases end-to-end, combining business understanding with technical implementation • Hands-on experience building and deploying AI solutions • Subject matter expertise in AI deployment and business use • Solid understanding of modern development approaches, such as Python or similar • Experience with AI/LLM-based solutions and tools, such as Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Claude, or comparable tools • Ability to translate business problems into scalable AI or data-driven solutions • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work across functions and regions • Structured, pragmatic, results-oriented working style with a strong ownership mindset • Experience in manufacturing, intralogistics, or automation is beneficial • Understanding of data structures, such as spare parts, or industrial systems, such as PLCs, is a plus • Fluent in English • German is an advantage • Self-motivated, persistent, goal-oriented, sincere, caring, and committed to team success
