📋 Description

• Serve as primary account manager for assigned manufacturers • Drive design, implementation, communication, and management of specialty pharmacy therapy programs, including rare disease programs • Develop, document, and manage relationships across assigned manufacturer organizations • Manage drug launches and implementations within Orsini • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and Senior Management • Manage Orsini Specialty Pharmacy performance and manufacturer KPIs • Grow Orsini’s share of business within assigned manufacturers • Oversee, develop, and manage therapy and service programs for designated pharmaceutical partners and therapy classes • Document communications and assist with manufacturer escalations • Lead cross-functional teams developing and implementing custom programs and new specialty pharmacy product launches • Design clinical and operational processes to support product needs • Educate Orsini Healthcare staff for new product or service launches • Oversee trade contract deliverables, data reporting development, and issue resolution • Participate in quarterly business reviews and manufacturer meetings • Assess and improve clinical and operational processes within Specialty Pharmacy • Participate in quality improvement activities • Prepare financial and operational performance reports and customer business review materials • Lead strategically important internal and manufacturer projects • Perform other duties or projects as assigned • Travel consistently for quarterly business reviews, manufacturer meetings, and other business engagements as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field required, or an equivalent combination of education, skills and experience • Minimum 5-8 years in a relevant role • Previous Specialty Pharmacy Trade experience at larger organization preferred • Experience with account management and internal stakeholder collaboration preferred • Computer literacy and knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret professional literature and technical procedures • Ability to identify, analyze, and solve complex problems • Ability to interpret and make inferences from data • Good project management skills • Ability to respond to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks at one time • Ability to travel for QBRs, implementations, pharma partner meetings, and other business engagement meetings as needed • Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship or other employment support
