📋 Description

• Own overall delivery health and customer satisfaction across the DLA portfolio • Serve as a senior, trusted point of contact for DLA stakeholders, CORs, and Contracting Officers • Identify and resolve portfolio risks early, escalating and coordinating corrective action • Maintain relationships with joint venture partners for aligned delivery • Mentor and support PMs and delivery leads on individual DLA contracts • Serve as named PM or TOPM on one home contract with approximately 50% personal billable utilization • Partner with the Growth team on DLA pursuits, providing customer intelligence, solutioning, relationship context, and proposal input • Lead organic growth including scope expansions, emerging needs, recompetes, follow-ons, and customer-shaped solutions • Provide past/current performance narratives and account-specific proposal content for DLA pursuits

🎯 Requirements

• Must hold an active Secret clearance at the time of application • Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification • Demonstrated DLA experience, including understanding of DLA's mission, organization, acquisition environment, and key stakeholders across the agency • Proven experience leading delivery across multiple federal contracts or task orders, with accountability for customer satisfaction and past performance • Experience serving as a senior point of contact for government stakeholders, CORs, and Contracting Officers • Experience supporting capture and proposal efforts, including customer intel, solutioning, and writing or reviewing proposal content • Strong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to work effectively with joint venture partners • U.S. citizenship required
