📋 Description

• Attend safety and health operation committee meetings, at least one per quarter • Prepare committee meeting notes • Schedule safety and health committee meetings, conferences, and trainings, including AED training • Develop safety and health products, including fact sheets, job aids, web pages, videos, newsletters, and electronic materials • Deliver two safety and health products per quarter • Draft memoranda, issue papers, inspection reports, and other documents for the COR as requested or needed • Prepare high-level, easy-to-read safety and health inspection reports using completed inspection checklists from OCC regional offices, the COR, and/or the collateral duty safety officer • Provide Safety and Health Management System services and support for financial services sector clients such as the OCC • Produce thorough, accurate, appropriately documented work products that meet established criteria • Perform duties competently and professionally according to milestones and delivery schedules • Collaborate with firm leadership, team members, Fellows, and collaborating partners • Interact with clients daily and contribute to thought leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum five (5) years of experience analyzing comprehensive safety and occupational health programs for large organizations with over 1,000 employees • Experience identifying hazards • Experience analyzing methods to control hazards • Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize assignments • Relevant Financial Services Sector experience • Expertise in hazard identification and control • Experience in safety and health programs • Meeting coordination and note-taking experience • Document and report preparation experience • Development of safety and health products • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Adobe • Understanding and proficiency with business tools and technology • Advanced Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word skills preferred as the ideal profile • Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, data analytic tools, and Visio preferred as the ideal profile • Resume must indicate the required qualifications • Applicants must provide educational credentials and employment history • This employer participates in the e-Verify program
