📋 Description

• Manage Leads: Responding to inquiries and qualifying prospective tenants. • Property Showings: Take prospective tenants on tours and help them find their next home; it could be time-consuming sometimes. • Close Deals: Navigate the leasing process from application to move-in. • Bridge the Gap: Use your bilingual skills to provide a seamless experience for our Mandarin-speaking clientele.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in Mandarin and English: Essential for communicating effectively with our diverse and active client base. • U.S. Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. (Note: We can work with candidates on OPT/CPT). • Ability to move quickly: You don't need a background in sales, but you do need the grit to follow up on leads and the communication skills to build trust quickly.
