📋 Description

• Lead enterprise sales and strategic partnership efforts to expand Prosperity Now's mission while generating sustainable revenue streams. • Create opportunities where none currently exist and design customized partnership models. • Develop executive-level pitch materials and negotiate complex agreements. • Represent Prosperity Now in executive meetings and cultivate long-term relationships with executives. • Ensure alignment of sales and partnership opportunities with organizational strategy and program priorities. • Provide quarterly pipeline reports and sales forecasts. • Foster a high-accountability culture and coach team members.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • 7–10 years of progressively responsible experience in enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, business development, management consulting, SaaS sales, financial services, or comparable sales conversion related experience. • Documented record of successfully closing complex six- and seven-figure partnerships. • Experience selling executive-level solutions. • Experience negotiating sophisticated partnership agreements. • Strong financial and business acumen. • Exceptional presentation and executive communication skills. • Experience preparing executive pitch decks. • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with C-suite executives. • Strong consultative selling skills. • Ability to manage multiple large opportunities simultaneously. • Salesforce experience preferred.
