📋 Description

• Perform high-volume reconciliations of bank statements and financial reports • Prepare and maintain monthly and quarterly financial reporting for approximately 2,000 entities • Analyze financial data and investigate discrepancies and variances • Support the accuracy, completeness, compliance, and integrity of financial reporting • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve reconciliation issues • Use financial systems and reporting tools to manage large volumes of data and maintain accurate financial records • Assist with completion of 2,000+ monthly and quarterly financial reports • Communicate with team members and Sales Agents regarding daily tasks, scheduling, reporting questions, and requests • Track bank statements monthly • Fulfill information requests from Accountants for tax estimates • Complete filing and collating tasks within timing goals and deadlines

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred • 4+ years of work experience in an office environment • Prior customer service and clerk experience • Experience performing high-volume bank reconciliations and financial reporting activities • Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve discrepancies in financial data • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook • Comfortable working with large datasets • 65 WPM typing speed and strong 10-key skills • Experience with PDF management software; familiarity with Nuance PDF preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Organization, attention to detail, follow-through, and ability to multitask • Ability to work under pressure • Ability to meet physical and computer-use requirements, including extended screen time and lifting up to 25 pounds
