📋 Description

• Support the day-to-day administration and maintenance of SAP landscapes • Monitor SAP environments including ECC, S/4HANA, NetWeaver, and related platforms • Assist with SAP system refreshes, client copies, transports, and routine Basis activities • Support SAP patching, kernel updates, and system maintenance activities • Monitor system health, availability, and performance • Administer and support SAP monitoring and management platforms • Configure monitoring alerts, thresholds, dashboards, and notifications • Analyze system alerts and work with technical teams to resolve issues • Perform health checks and proactive monitoring across SAP environments • Support root cause analysis for recurring system and performance issues • Provide Level 2 support for SAP Basis and platform-related issues • Troubleshoot SAP application, connectivity, performance, and infrastructure incidents • Participate in incident management and change management processes • Create and maintain operational documentation and support procedures • Monitor SAP application performance and system utilization • Identify performance bottlenecks and escalate remediation recommendations • Generate operational reports and dashboard metrics for stakeholders • Support capacity planning and availability management initiatives • Partner with SAP functional teams, infrastructure teams, and managed services providers • Assist with planned maintenance activities and system upgrades • Support audit, compliance, and operational readiness activities • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across SAP operations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience • 3-5 years of SAP technical experience • Hands-on SAP Basis administration experience • Experience supporting SAP ECC, S/4HANA, or NetWeaver environments • Experience with one or more of SAP Solution Manager, Avantra (Syslink), BMC Patrol, SAP CCMS, or ProMonitor • Experience monitoring enterprise SAP production environments • Working knowledge of SAP transports, system monitoring, and Basis operations • Experience troubleshooting SAP performance and availability issues • Familiarity with Linux and/or Windows server environments • SAP Basis Administration certification is preferred • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities • U.S. Citizenship or Green Card Holder is required
