📋 Description
• Delivering compassionate emotional support, risk assessment, crisis intervention, and stabilization services • Engage with callers experiencing emotional, behavioral, and situational challenges • Provide resources, coping strategies, referrals, and safety planning • Maintain accurate, timely, and clinically sound documentation • Ensure a secure, HIPAA-compliant home workspace
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited 4 year college or university • Minimum of 1 year direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services
