📋 Description

• Execute full end-to-end test passes across core business processes in Salesforce sandbox environments for every release cycle • Run regression suites after configuration or code changes • Test the full record lifecycle, including creation, updates, transitions, automation, downstream effects, and reporting output • Retest and close defects after fixes, confirming adjacent functionality remains intact • Validate behavior after sandbox refreshes and deployments, including smoke testing critical paths • Write and maintain test cases and scripts from user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation • Keep the test case library current as requirements change • Log defects with reproducible steps, expected versus actual results, affected records, screenshots, and severity • Maintain test execution records for release-readiness assessment • Prepare and refresh test data using Data Loader or Data Import Wizard • Write basic SOQL queries to verify data state and record changes • Test multiple user profiles and permission sets for visibility, field-level security, and sharing behavior • Perform straightforward declarative Salesforce configuration under supervision • Assist with user setup, permission set assignment, and access troubleshooting • Support UAT by preparing scripts, guiding business testers, and consolidating feedback

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in a Salesforce environment as an administrator, QA tester, business analyst, or support analyst • Working knowledge of standard and custom Salesforce objects, record types, page layouts, profiles and permission sets, validation rules, and Flow • Experience executing manual test cases and logging defects in Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tracked systems • Ability to translate user stories or acceptance criteria into concrete test steps • Comfort with repetitive, detail-intensive work and sustained accuracy • Basic SOQL and comfort with Data Loader or a comparable data tool • Clear written and spoken English • Availability for at least 6 hours of daily overlap with 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. US Eastern • Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM-201) preferred but not required • Experience testing during a data migration or multi-org consolidation preferred • Exposure to Salesforce integrations and basic API concepts preferred • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or comparable tracking and documentation tools preferred • Experience with Selenium, Provar, Playwright, or reading Apex test results useful but not required • Background in healthcare, insurance, legal services, or another regulated environment preferred
