📋 Description
• Complete nutritional assessments and documentation according to established timeframes • Provide patient nutrition education • Communicate with members of the healthcare team through established channels • Work cooperatively with healthcare providers using a multidisciplinary approach • Deliver nutritional care to infant, child, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients • Provide quality, patient-focused nutritional care at Redwood Memorial Hospital
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetics or related field • National CDR Registered Dietitian – Commission on Dietetic Registration upon hire • Acute care hospital experience preferred
