📋 Description

• Serve as an Epic application subject matter expert for Cadence and Prelude • Design, build, test, implement, and optimize Epic applications and related technologies • Analyze user requests, workflow requirements, and business objectives • Develop effective system solutions for moderately complex initiatives • Lead and support small to medium-sized projects, upgrades, enhancements, and issue resolution efforts • Collaborate with operational, clinical, and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and evaluate workflow impacts • Configure system functionality and implement process improvements • Perform system testing and coordinate deployment activities • Develop documentation and provide ongoing production application support • Monitor project timelines, identify risks or barriers, and initiate corrective actions • Build working relationships with caregivers, operational leaders, providers, vendors, and Information Services partners • Deliver technology solutions that support organizational goals, enhance workflows, and improve patient access, operational efficiency, and patient and caregiver experience • Incorporate Providence’s mission and core values into daily activities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services or equivalent education/experience • Epic accreditation or certification, kept up to date within 90 days of hire • 4 years of industry-related experience • Certifications in software applications, technology infrastructure, or clinical specializations upon hire preferred • 3 years of Healthcare IS experience preferred • Epic experience, preferably Cadence and Prelude • Hello World or Welcome certifications and experience a plus
