📋 Description

• Apply measurement and evaluation expertise, instructional systems design, and project management skills to deploy learning solutions and experiences • Gather quantitative and qualitative training data through surveys, assessments, focus groups, and interviews • Create and refine problem statements, program objectives, and metrics aligned to business goals and learning objectives • Evaluate data impact on learning objectives and produce reports and stakeholder slide decks with insights and recommendations • Use LMS and learning dashboards to monitor participation, completion rates, learner progress, and other key indicators • Recommend program enhancements based on evaluation results, participant feedback, and business performance • Research industry-standard measurement and evaluation methodologies and monitor new practices and trends • Maintain measurement and evaluation documentation, including glossaries, toolkits, frameworks, and program change logs • Support measurement and evaluation initiatives advancing the organization’s learning strategy • Apply instructional design and adult learning principles to evaluation strategies • Support needs analysis, objectives, assessments, and content structure • Use evaluation insights to improve content, delivery methods, and the learner experience • Develop and apply standard templates and branding for surveys, dashboards, reports, and learning materials • Partner with the CSD team to maintain clear, user-friendly content formats • Manage measurement and evaluation workstreams, coordinating stakeholders and tracking timelines, risks, and dependencies • Report to the Learning Design & Measurement Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience OR Master’s degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience for Level 3 • Bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience OR Master’s degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience for Level 4 • Demonstrated experience assessing student learning/development or evaluating learning programs • Experience in L&D Measurement & Evaluation, including designing and implementing evaluation plans for training programs • Familiarity with ISD methods and adult learning principles • Experience partnering with instructional designers or content developers • Proven experience building and maintaining interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI • Demonstrated ability to design measurement dashboards tracking key performance indicators, trend analyses, and operational metrics • Strong knowledge of data visualization best practices, including chart selection, storytelling, and visual encoding • Experience with LMS configuration, reporting, and learning analytics • Ability to configure, maintain, and continuously improve courses within an LMS • Ability to create and manage metadata, taxonomy, and tagging strategies • Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, and AICC standards • Experience with LMS administration, including user provisioning, role assignments, enrollment automation, reporting, and analytics dashboards • Strong organizational and project management skills • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Exceptional relationship-building skills • U.S. citizenship is required for positions with a government clearance and certain other restricted positions
