📋 Description

• Process all aspects of prescription renewal requests • Work under the supervision of pharmacy services • Work within established protocols and/or as an agent for the provider authorizing prescription refills • Provide patients with exceptional customer service • Serve as liaison between patients, physicians, and pharmacies • Maintain a high level of patient satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• H.S. Diploma or GED • Upon hire: Washington Pharmacy Technician License • 2 years Pharmacy Technician experience • Exceptional customer service skills • Ability to work within established protocols and/or as an agent for the provider authorizing prescription refills • Ability to serve as liaison between patients, physicians, and pharmacies
