📋 Description

• Lead broad, enterprise-wide product management across a business unit • Run and maintain an enterprise-wide service through technical, process, and continuous improvement initiatives • Create a vision, build consensus, and drive teams toward results • Anticipate bottlenecks and provide escalation management • Make trade-offs and balance business needs against resource and technical constraints • Provide leadership, teaching, and coaching to advance innovative organizational capabilities • Resolve problems and make decisions in a fast-paced, evolving environment • Partner and communicate with stakeholders to improve services

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Health Administration, Public Health, Public Administration, or related discipline, or equivalent education/experience • 8 years of progressively increasing responsibility in management-level experience (project, program, product and/or people) • Focus on data management, analytics, product design, customer engagement, data science, platform development, or related management experience • Master's degree in a listed or related discipline preferred • 5 years familiarity with analytics tools, platforms, and languages such as SQL, ADO, Tableau, or Power BI preferred • 5 years experience working with healthcare data and healthcare operations preferred
