📋 Description

• Sustain and optimize UKG Productivity IS business processes within ERP systems • Align technological solutions with business needs • Manage stakeholder expectations through effective communication • Oversee operational sustainment, maintenance, enhancement, and optimization of the UKG Healthcare Productivity application • Handle change requests, testing, and system releases • Perform initial triage, mitigation, and resolution of application issues • Oversee features and provide solutions to complex challenges • Collaborate with cross-functional teams • Support Providence's healthcare mission through enterprise information services

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Management, Information Services, Engineering, Commerce, or a combination of education and relevant experience, with at least 5 years of functional experience • 5 years of application design, implementation and/or maintenance of large-scale ERP systems such as Oracle Cloudsuite, Oracle EBS/EPM, PeopleSoft, or Workday • Experience with large ERP time and attendance, Kronos, and/or large nurse scheduling software • 2 years of demonstrated ability to execute medium to complex projects • Experience with application management methodologies, including system deployment, support, and lifecycle management • Experience in process improvement, change management, and operational improvement in complex systems • Ability to align business needs with UKG Healthcare Productivity application solutions and enhancements • Knowledge and experience maintaining a UKG Healthcare Productivity application within a large organization
