📋 Description

• Conduct structured quality checks for compliance, consistency, and responsiveness to RFP requirements • Ensure content aligns with Aetna style, bid guides, templates, and brand voice • Collaborate with proposal writers and Quality team members to provide edits and feedback • Use SharePoint, Microsoft Word, PerfectIt, and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and consistency • Follow proposal processes, timelines, and quality standards for timely and accurate work • Build knowledge of Aetna Medicaid products, proposal structure, and industry best practices • Participate in team meetings, training, and coaching • Support and drive internal processes and procedures, including scorecards, quality business reports, style guides, and performance measures

🎯 Requirements

• Five plus years of experience in a quality reviewer/editor capacity • Background in Medicaid or government healthcare • 2 plus years of proposal writing experience • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Understanding of Associated Press and internal style guides • Ability to see the big picture and make connections between proposal sections and content development • Proficiency in SharePoint, Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, Copilot, Asana, Domo, proposal management software, and other AI technology/tools • Organizational, project management, analytical, and innovative problem-solving skills • Ability to travel up to 15–30% • Knowledge of APMP and Shipley best practices • Six Sigma certification and APMP Bid/Proposal Foundation Certification are preferred • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Ability to work extended hours including nights and weekends during proposal review stages
