• Serve as a subject matter expert and resource to peers • Perform all aspects of the Associate and Journey Patient Services Specialist roles • Resolve complex issues • Orient and train new caregivers • Actively participate in departmental initiatives • Support continuous improvement
🎯 Requirements
• 3 years of medical office or related healthcare experience OR 2 years of experience as a Providence employee in a Patient Services Specialist position
